Refund policy

You can cancel your order before the proof is approved. The proof typically takes 48 hours to create and will be sent to your email on file. Once the proof is approved and the products are in production the order cannot be canceled. Due to the nature of these products, once we have begun production we will no longer be able to provide refunds. Please inspect items upon delivery. If an item has been damaged during shipping or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within three (3) business days of receiving items. If no notification is given within that timeframe, we cannot guarantee a replacement of damaged products. Please keep all packaging, boxes, and damaged items, as we may request photos of the broken items or boxes for claims purposes.
