LEAD TIMES + SHIPPING


Lead Times: The average production time for an order is 5 business days after the proof is approved. When an order is placed, we will send you a proof that must be approved before the production process can begin.Please be advised that the proof will take 2-3 days to complete depending on the complexity of the designs. 


SHIPPING


Orders will be shipped out as soon as the production phase has been completed. If you have any concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us at info@aerozcreative.com. Please inspect items upon delivery. If an item has been damaged during shipping or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within three (3) business days of receiving items. If no notification is given within that timeframe, we cannot guarantee replacement of damaged products. Please keep all packaging, boxes, and damaged items, as we may request photos of the broken items or boxes for claims purposes.

How are your products packaged?

  • Our products are packaged in a blue velvet gift box, and arrive ready to be presented.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

Please contact us within three (3) business days after receiving the items. 



Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, we would be happy to ship internationally. Please contact us for more information on international orders.



Who is responsible for duties, taxes, and frees associated with international shipments?

You will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipping. 



What shipping provider do you use?

We ship through UPS. They offer Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight services for domestic shipments. Expedited options may vary for international shipments. Please be advised that UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
