Orders

What is the average production time for an order?

The average production time for an order is 5 business days after the proof is approved. When an order is placed, we will send you a proof that must be approved before the production process can begin. Please be advised that the proof will take 2-3 days to complete.


Are there any additional charges for engraving/personalization?

No, we have factored the engraving and personalization charges into our costs so there are no additional charges for engraving or personalization. However, there are additional charges for artwork conversion. Please click here for more info.

What are the artwork requirements?

Is there a limit on engraving for each item?

No, there is no limit on the amount of engraving for any one item. However, please be aware that small items with large amounts of engraving may cause problems, in which case our production team will reach out to you with solutions.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer volume discounts which can be viewed on each product page. Please contact us if you need more than 100 pieces, as we can offer a larger discount for larger quantities. 

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

No, there is no minimum order requirement. Please feel free to order as few or as many items as you wish!

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the proof is approved. Once the proof is approved and is in production the order cannot be canceled. Due to the nature of these products, once we have begun production we will no longer be able to provide refunds. 

How long will it take to receive a proof?

Proofs will be sent via email, it can take up to 48 hours for proofs to be made and sent. Once the buyer has approved the proof it will go directly into production. Production time may vary depending on quantity and product. Usually production will take 4-6 business days. 

What if I want a custom crystal award?

If you want a custom award with your own ideas and design, please feel free to contact us and our design team will take care of your needs. 

Shipping

How are your products packaged?

Our products are packaged in a blue velvet gift box, and arrive ready to be presented.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

Please contact us within three (3) business days after receiving the items. 

Do you ship outside of the USA? 

Yes, we would be happy to ship internationally. Please contact us for more information on international orders.

Who is responsible for duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipments?

You will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipping. 

What shipping provider do you use?

We ship through UPS. They offer Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight services for domestic shipments. Expedited options may vary for international shipments. Please be advised that UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
